La Bamba Bakery and Restaurant Inc. It is a business union between Miguel Santiago ITZEP ITZEP and José Gustavo Lepe. Both with extensive knowledge in the Guatemalan and international Gastronomic market. Miguel Santiago ITZEP ITZEP originally from Cunen, Quiché, Guatemala offers 30 years of experience in Guatemalan artisan bread and always implementing new ideas and techniques to offer a better product. For his part, Jose Gustavo Lepe, originally from Sansare, El Progreso, Guatemala. He spent part of his childhood on the South Coast of Guatemala, Mazatenango, Suchitepeques. Where he grew up among bakeries, restaurants and commerce in general. Retired from the airline industry where he held several positions including the creation and supervision of executive class service including menu design, on-board service, general manager in different airlines. Founder of Tortilleria and Taquería la Bamba founded in 2005.

Ambos con amplio conocimiento en el mercado Gastronómico Guatemalteco e internacional. Miguel Santiago ITZEP ITZEP originario de Cunen, Quiché, Guatemala ofrece 30 años de experiencia en el pan artesanal Guatemalteco y siempre implementando nuevas ideas y técnicas para ofrecer un mejor producto. Por su parte Jose Gustavo Lepe originario de sansare, El Progreso, Guatemala. Paso parte de su infancia en la Costa Sur de Guatemala, Mazatenango, Suchitepeques. En donde creció entre Panaderias, Restaurantes y comercio en general Retirado de la industria aerea donde ejerció barias posiciones incluyendo la creación y supervisión de servicio a la clase ejecutiva incluyendo diseño de menús, servicio abordo, manager general en diferentes líneas areas. Fundador de Tortilleria y Taquería la Bamba fundada en 2005.
